In-Home Prenatal Lactation Consultation ($200)
Education is empowering—and preparation can make a meaningful difference. Prepare for feeding your baby with confidence and realistic expectations. Prenatal lactation consultations are designed to help you feel informed and supported before your baby arrives. Together, we’ll talk through what to expect in the early days, common challenges, feeding options, and how to set goals that feel right for you and your family.
This visit is especially helpful if you:
Want evidence-based education before birth
Have a history of feeding challenges
Are feeling anxious about breastfeeding or milk supply
In-Home Initial Postpartum Lactation Consultation ($300)
Support for painful breastfeeding, feeding concerns, and early postpartum challenges. This is a judgment-free space to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and feel supported—emotionally and clinically. The early days of feeding can feel intense, confusing, and emotional. Postpartum lactation consultations provide individualized, evidence-based support tailored to what you and your baby are experiencing right now.
We may address:
Painful or uncomfortable breastfeeding
Latch and positioning concerns
Milk supply questions
Pumping guidance
General feeding reassurance
In-Home Follow-up Lactation Support ($200)
Because feeding support doesn't have to end after one visit. Some families benefit from continued support as feeding evolves. Ongoing lactation care allows us to adjust strategies, revisit goals, and support you through changes like growth spurts, returning to work, or shifting feeding plans. There is no “too much support” when it comes to feeding your baby.
Unlimited Call and Text Support ($100)
Unlimited call and text support throughout your breastfeeding/pumping journey starting from prenatal through weaning. Sometimes you may not want or need in-home support. Having a consistent contact to reach out to with questions or guidance can be really helpful and supportive.
